Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for “Unused, Unopened, and Undamaged Products” in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or as part of a promotional bundle are non-returnable.
  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The complaint escalation period is only within a day, that is 24 hours after the product is received by the customer. No complaints after the stated time frame will be facilitated.

  2. Product(s) to be returned
  3. Reason for the return
  4. Photo proof

Return Policy

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through customercare@theneeds.pk.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 2-3 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellation of Order

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2-3 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
